第九条胡同的街边,每天下午过了四点,可以看到一位吹笛子的女子。

她坐在板凳上,将乐谱铺在电瓶车的踏板位置,旁若无人地操练起来。

能听见旋律的距离大约是二十米,再远,声音就淹没在彩虹里。


“但是没有理由要把我们的将来以及我们的子孙的前途寄托在彩虹上呀。”

“我们应该做点什么,以免洪水再发生。”

“来吧,我们要做砖,把砖烧透了。”

烧透的砖只有很少地一部分,并不够用。

更多的墙面,贴上的是模仿砖块的灰色瓷片。


今天开始下雨,春雨贵如油。






Every afternoon at 4pm you can hear a woman playing the flute on the street in the ninth hutong. 

She sits on a stool, propping her sheet music on the seat of her scooter, and practices as though she was alone. 

You can hear the melody from fifty feet away--any farther and the sound is swallowed by the spectra of a rainbow. 


         "But there is no reason to place all our hopes in our children's, our grandchildren's future on a rainbow."

         "We should do something to prevent another flood."

         " Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly. "

         The bricks, baked solid, are just few in number. They won't be enough. So the remaining wall must be lined with gray imitation brick.


         It begins to rain, a sweet, precious spring rain.

关于库篮镇


“库篮镇”来自于耶苏长期写作中的小说《油瓶》。在小说中,库篮镇是一个独特的地区,在小镇外的店铺内可以买到特殊的视觉仪器。同时,库篮镇是一个过渡的地点,其入口处只有两辆小汽车的宽度,它连接着与地球平行的时空:


我摘下眼镜,对他说:“这是什么?”

“的雕还打范的”,他说,“啊,亏你是[历子]那边来的。这叫[雷震],此地独有的宝贝,俗称第三只眼,能看到十分之一的[拟思]!”

“拟思?”

“没错,不但能看到自己的幻想影像,还能见到别人的,”他说,“你来的[历子],那边的人们通常只能看到两亿分之一的拟思。但如果你带上[雷震],就可以看到十分之一。”

“我要一副。”

“价格是325个[之芯]。”

“什么叫[之芯]。你们的货币?”

“这条街上没有,你要进入[库篮镇],那里的水果摊都可以充值。可你要记住了,镇里可没有卖[雷震]的。”

        对于“居住”以及相关“图像反应”的探索是“库篮镇”项目的一个期待。虚构的小说仅是一个开端,“库篮镇”对接的不是“城中村”,而是更具备城市敞开性的“城中镇”——胡同空间。权术资本对于城市生活的宰制企图精确地搭建起某种单向的能量分配模式,这种能量分配的细微转变也与居民的每一刻行为有着共时的联动。在有意与混沌的双重干涉下,胡同世界,或者称之为 “库篮镇”,一直在努力平衡着公共与私密,自己与他人。


      “一派胡同”是位于东四九条胡同里的青年社区机构,本项目希望通过对于社区潜力的调动从而展开对于无差别状态的视觉尝试。通过直观方式,代替作者作品所构的概念痕迹,运用日常素材以及常规纪录的手段激发人与图像之间的初始体验。

About Cooland


“Cooland” is from Yesu’s novel: The Tale of an Oil Bottle, which he has been writing for a long time. In the novel, “Cooland” is a unique town, and some special visual device can be bought in the shops outside the town. The town is also a transitional place with the entrance in the width of only two cars. The town connects time and space that parallel to the earth:




I took off glasses and asked him, "What is this?"

"The eagle is still playing," he said, " Oh, I barely can say you are from LIZ. This is called “Thunder Glass”, the unique stuff from here, which is commonly known as the third eye. You can see 1/10 of the Niz through it!"

"Niz?"

"That's right. You will be able to see not only images of your own fantasies, but also the others’." He said, "In LIZ, where you come from, the people usually only are able to see 1/200,000,000 of fantasy. But if you wear the thunder glass, you can see 1/10 of it."

"I’ll take a pair."

"It costs 325 Core."

“What is [Core]? I just come here and never heard of it. Is it something as your currency here?"

"It can’t be found on this street. You have to going into the town: Cooland, where you can top up the Core at the fruit stalls. But remember, there is no Thunder Glass selling in the town."

The exploration of "living" and the related "image reaction" is an expectation in the "Cooland" project. Fiction is only a beginning, Whom "Cooland" compares to is not the "village in the city", but the "town in the city” which is with a much more open space---Hutong. The control of city life by the capitalistic power is now in an attempt to accurately build a one-way allocation model. This subtle shift in energy allocation is also associated with the temporal behavior of the inhabitants. Under the double interference of intention and chaos, Hutong world, or the "Cooland" has been trying to balance between the public and the private, oneself and others.


"Hutong π" is a youth community located in the Dong si jiu tiao hutong. The project is supposed to mobilize the potential of the community thus we can expand the visual attempt for the state of the undifferentiated. By visual means, we want to replace the concept traces of the author, so we choose the way of using ordinary materials and documenting regularly to stimulate the initial experience between people and image world.

     本卷于2017年春季绘制于北京东四九条胡同,耗时一个月。内容有关艺术家耶苏驻留期间地所感所闻,以及胡同空间的潜在变迁和启示。画卷其中的一个局部植入增强现实技术,观众可以通过手机应用扫图观看动画的瑜伽舞蹈。


       This hand scroll is drawn in the spring of 2017 in Dongsi Jiutiao Hutong, the process lasted one month. The scroll is about feelings of the artist during the residency, also the potential changes and revelations on Hutong spaces. An augmented reality technology is implanted in the scroll, the audience could scan the image through their phones to watch the animated yoga dance.
